Our Founders are Sam and Ky Thomas, the husband-and-wife duo who run the business. Sam and Ky are experienced telecoms professionals with a passion for customer service. That’s our founding ethos, and it sets the tone for everything we do.

Our team do amazing work every day. In our monthly Spotlight, we give a special mention to those who’ve really gone above and beyond.
This month we’re highlighting Henry Lynk. Our Senior Telemarketer and Marketing Executive Henry deserves the Spotlight this month after an amazing performance. He is a dedicated and committed K5 team member who is always aspiring to achieve more than the previous month. Henry has also assisted with training new starters and providing assistance to other members of the team as and when required. He is an asset to our team and we are very grateful to have him. The highlight of his month was booking 10 appointments in a row for our Field Sales Team!
